Fish-shaped Pizza

Ingredients

• Pizza dough (store-bought)

• Ricotta cheese

• Mozzarella cheese, shredded

• Parmigiano Reggiano, grated

• Potato

• Zucchini

• Rosemary

• Olive oil

• Olives, black

Method

1. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, and grated parmigiano reggiano cheese in a bowl to make the pizza base.

2. Thinly slice potatoes and zucchini.

3. Cut out the pizza dough into fish shapes using a knife or a cookie cutter(if any).

4. Put the cheese paste on the dough, top it with sliced zucchini (+ red pepper flakes, optional) and sliced potatoes with rosemary.

5. Add small-cut black olives for the eyes.

6. Bake it in the 220c oven for about 15min
